characteristics

Customizable templates — Drag and drop feature — the projection interface makes it very easy to customize the email template of your choice.

Automatic emails allow you to send the correct email promptly, to the right person.

With the Auto Reply tool, you can be building a custom email once, and then select it to send it spontaneously when certain rules are met, i.e.

when a new user registers to your service, or when it reaches a certain point.

Set a series of emails to your contact lists.

Set a series of emails to your contacts, and then forget them. When you add new contacts to your automatic list, new subscribers will start receiving a scheduled series of emails.

You can easily download the email list from Excel, Gmail, Outlook, etc. Constant Contact will automatically unsubscribe, feedback, and inactive addresses.

Post your emails on your social networks with the click of a button. Constant Contact will suggest captions and photos improve your ads.

Email tracking tools will identify people who open, click, and share your posts in real-time, so you can evaluate your next steps.

Ease of use

Too easy for anyone to use.

Whether you're a professional marketer or just getting started, Constant Contact will allow you to set up email campaigns as soon as possible.

There is no need to read the evidence or watch the illustrations!

The user interface is so intuitive that you can understand it from the first time.

The only thing we missed was easy access to the price scheme, which disappears behind the gratis 60-day trial, and encourages you to start before you fully understand the costs in the long run.

Constant Contact features

Keeping in mind that the primary focus of Contact Contact is email marketing, once you register your account you will have the opportunity to build an email list, enter your contact information, and then building your first email.

Contact information is mandatory for those new to email marketing, this is an area to note.

In many countries today, there are strict laws regarding the privacy of personal data and data.

Please pay attention to these laws and make sure you comply with them before sending any marketing emails!

1. Create a list

Your subscriber list is the heart of your email marketing campaign and consists of all the email addresses you want to access.

Introducing them simultaneously will be a new form of madness, so fixed communication has many easy ways to fill your list.

The fastest and easiest way is to upload them in file forms, import customers directly from your Gmail contact list, or even extract them from Microsoft Outlook.

If you're holding the list in a file, note that a fixed connection recognizes values separated by breaks (CSV), Excel, and normal text formats.

Constant Contact 4

Once you're done, you can access your contact records through the contact manager.

This lets you edit the information there, but also allows you to add what the system calls "tags."

I suppose this may be useful in grouping contacts into lists in one way or another, but editing records simultaneously is very boring.

2. Run email marketing campaigns

Constant Contact 5

Once your email list is classified, you'll be ready to start an email marketing campaign.

To help you with this continuous connection, it has a very large repository of templates, to begin with.

Better yet, there is a visual editor that you can use to modify any of these templates to suit your needs.

You can get a preview of some of these templates before signing up for Constant Contact.

3. E-mail templates for constant communication

Each form contains all the basic information needed for your email to comply with most standard regulations.

This includes including an actual address for your business, a mandatory opt-out link, and some other useful information.

If you have your media such as logos or property photos, they can be downloaded to the system and used in your newsletters as well.

Allows you 2GB storage space, so it's unlikely to run out anytime soon.

Schedule emails for automatic release.

Once you've named, edited, and satisfied the email campaign you've designed, edited, you can save it and either send it immediately or schedule the latest automatic delivery time and date.

Constant Contact follows official West Australian Time (AWST), so you must then convert your local time to schedule emails correctly.

The only drawback I felt no matter how important it was that there didn't seem to be a way to set up the system for automatic response to user responses.

What fixed communication considers to be an automatic response is more like a direct effect that occurs at pre-set times for the release of a series of emails.

4. Check the results of your campaigns

Constant Contact 6

After any campaign, you can see their results under the Reports tab.

Constant Contact contains an easy-to-read graph of your results and includes vital statistics such as click rate and opening rates.

If you decide to merge Google Analytics, more information will be available.

Regardless of individual campaign results, you can also match your results across different campaigns.

5. Continuous communication applications and integrations

Constant Contact has a detailed list of 300 apps and other units that you can integrate into your main account.

These apps range from simple email import apps, such as Google accounts or Outlook, to working with Zoho and Azureplus for customer relationship management, automatic sales management, and sales forecasting.

Applications are listed in Marketplace where they can be classified like additional WordPress components, by name, ratings, reviews, or even when added.

These applications offer an unprecedented ability to significantly expand email marketing.

6. Event Management

This is something that has not yet been included in most email marketing tools.

As an additional module for your account, you can subscribe to Constant Contact Event Management.

This allows you to send an invitation to an event via email and provide the user with full responses.

These responses are saved in the system and you can track recordings directly from the comfort of the dashboard.

This is a very simple feature that can be useful for many companies.

You can even solicit donations for a particular event through email that can be linked to the dedicated donations page.

Unfortunately, there is an additional monthly fee for this.

7. Additional resources and support

As one of the best names in the email marketing game, Constant Contact wants you to succeed in your campaigns.

To this end, it has a large repository of online resources that you can ask for help and advice and get the best solution.

All you have to do is choose the area you work in and you'll get campaign ideas and even suggestions on templates that will be right for your needs.

In addition, the system also comes with a knowledge base that carries answers to many common issues that previous users have encountered.

This includes both articles as well as video lessons.

If this still doesn't solve any problems you face, there is also a widespread support system.

Constant communication comes with chatbot assistance, email assistance, and an active user community as well as direct lines of communication from the UNITED States, Canada, Mexico, and the United Kingdom. Another line supports calls from other international regions.

Phone maintenance is not 24/7, but the supported times are great.

For those desperate for help, Constant Contact also offers limited weekend assistance via its Twitter accounts.

Summary

With more than 650,000 customers served during the 15 years, Constant Kontak has become a leader in small business marketing. It provides a special mix of specialized knowledge and effective core efficiency as well as a strong support system.

Personally, after using a few email marketing platforms before, Contact Count feels good. It has all the facilities (and more) that a professional site will offer at the same time as a simplified user interface that does not scare excessively. Once you put this solid support system in place, I'll say that's the real winner.

Jerry Le Note

I use MailChimp for the WHSR news bulletin. About a year ago, fixed communication offered us a free account. I didn't switch because of several reasons:

Cheaper cost in the long run - MailChimp is 5-10% cheaper than its competitors.
I'm happy with MailChimp's email creator - so I'm not in the mood to try others (why to fix something when it hasn't been broken?).
Most of all, I've spent a lot of effort and money to master Mailchimp's use and set up the current email automation system. The cost of switching weight out of money I can save from the free account.
However, continuous communication, in my opinion, is easily one of the top three competitors in email marketing tools.

It's similar to the advanced version of MailChimp.

Constant Contact pricing is slightly higher but you'll get what you pay for. Some marketing features, such as SMS, real-time sales alerts, social CRM, user division easily, and billing (which you can't get at MailChimp), may be vital for a big business. For starters, I recommend reading success stories on the constant contact website to learn more.
